The two-story dwelling with a gabled roof is designed to face the manicured landscape of the adjacent Thielpark. To the south of the residence, a studio wing is attached, linked by a covered seating area, with doors in both sections facilitating movement between them. The studio building features windows on both the east and west sides, is single-story, yet concludes in a small two-story turret to the south. Together, the house and studio create a elongated structure, parallel to the street but set back significantly, obscuring the view to the property behind it and granting the entire estate a picturesque effect. A tall embankment wall borders the property from the street, about three meters below, providing an expansive view over the spacious lawn to the opposite park, all while keeping the intervening street out of sight.
