Since 2021, “Palais Havestadt” has been undergoing a meticulous renovation by its owner.
This historic townhouse is being transformed into modern office spaces across five floors, including a rooftop terrace. Cherished historical elements such as the terrazzo flooring, the wrought-iron staircase railing, and the solid oak entrance door are being carefully restored to adorn the entrance area. Additionally, barrier-free access is being established through the courtyard.
