Von Albert Real Estate is looking for a highly-energetic, detail-oriented, full-time Executive Assistant to provide superior coordination of the front desk duties utilizing superior customer service, computer skills and professionalism.

With an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and support a tight knit team of sales agents. Real Estate experience is ideal but not required. We can train the right individual. 


Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, CRM database management and back office support Coordinate marketing events and client activities Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)

Support the sales team in the maintenance, documentation and follow-up of all their ongoing legal and contractual related paperwork. Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries. Keep agent informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled Provide concierge level customer service to partners, clients and vendors. Set up Real estate exhibitions and road shows locally and overseas while handling travel schedules for the Sales force. Work with all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, etc.


Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Suite and Internet skills and Transaction Coordination, Ideally Experienced in Real Estate,

Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents Flexible in daily routine; Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities. Ability to speak and write German and English any additional Language would be a plus

       both investors and owner-occupiers
  • Building strong and trusting relationships with your international clients Arranging 
       exclusive viewings for your clients with precise preparation & DD Importance on 
       Branded International Residences Barcelona & Europe Being in close contact with 
       actual residential developers
  • Working with our independent International finance experts, rental, marketing, and 
       interior design teams
  • You need to overcome the comfort zone to achieve good return

Profile circuit

  • You need to love people and love being on the mobile phone
  • Core sales experience in the domain of Real Estate or the financial industry
  • Experience with investment sales or financial products in a performance driven environment
  • Successful sales track record borne out of excellent consultative skills
  •  A strong sales background is required, preferably experience in the 
       high-end property segment
  •  Passion for classic European architecture and the dedication to occupy yourself with period 
       buildings in detail
  • You have excellent English, Chinese or Russian skills (business fluent)
  • Analytical skills to understand our clients around the globe
  • Entrepreneurial and highly energetic
  • Good presentation and communication skills
